Full Job Description
L'analyste d'affaires est responsable de la configuration du logiciel interne, ainsi que de l'analyse et de la résolution de problèmes courants éprouvés par le client à la suite de la mise en œuvre. Cette personne recevra les directives des équipes de gestion de mise en œuvre au besoin, mais devra être en mesure d'établir les priorités et de résoudre les problèmes de façon indépendante ou en équipe.

Chez TELUS Santé, ce rôle apportera à la personne sélectionnée une expertise en calculs de retraite et en administration des régimes de retraite incomparable sur le marché canadien et américain. De par nos multiples projets d'implantation de nouveaux clients présents dans toute l'Amérique du Nord, l'opportunité d'apprendre un éventail impressionnant de types de calculs sera mise à disposition. En moins d'une année chez TELUS Santé, il sera possible d'acquérir une versatilité incomparable et ce même après plusieurs années d'expérience en administration des régimes de retraite chez nos compétiteurs.

Pour réussir, la personne doit pouvoir bien gérer la résolution de problèmes en fournissant une explication claire des problèmes et une voie vers leur résolution; elle doit également posséder de solides compétences en matière de technologie, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.

Ce que vous ferez :
  • Effectuer l'analyse détaillée des règlements du régime de retraite de nos clients;
  • Être le lien entre le client et l'équipe projet au niveau des besoins pour les calculs du régime de retraite;
  • Configurer le logiciel interne en fonction des particularités du régime de retraite du client;
  • Écrire les spécifications selon les besoins et les demandes des clients concernant des nouveaux développements du logiciel interne;
  • S'assurer de la bonne intégration du logiciel interne avec les autres logiciels qui seront mis en place pour le client;
  • Participer au développement de la stratégie de tests spécifique à la configuration du logiciel interne et les nouveaux développements;
  • Participer à la révision des scénarios de tests avec les critères de sélection requis par le régime;
  • Assurer un support à l'équipe d'assurance de la qualité;
  • Collaborer au développement du logiciel interne en apportant des suggestions d'amélioration à l'équipe responsable;
  • Assurer, une fois les implantations terminées, le service clients auprès des usagers afin d'assurer une gestion efficace du logiciel interne.


Ce que vous apportez :
  • Diplôme universitaire en actuariat, en mathématiques, en statistique ou en finance;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un domaine approprié;
  • Expérience en calculs de régimes de retraite;
  • Facilité à comprendre et à utiliser les technologies informatiques courantes et une bonne connaissance du logiciel Excel;
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, sens de l'organisation et flexibilité en termes de gestion de projets multiples;
  • Bon sens de l'initiative et maîtriser la résolution de problèmes;
  • Capacité à travailler à la fois en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité à établir les priorités et respecter des échéanciers;
  • Disponibilité pour voyager à l'occasion (Canada, États-Unis);
