The Senior Analyst 6 Warehouse Reporting is responsible for maintaining accuracy of all data related tools and reporting for the supply-chain. This includes, but is not limited to, SAP applications, Global Parts Catalog, Power BI, and JIRA business process workflow solution. This role will be integral in driving continuous improvement through our reporting and strategy across all supply-chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, documenting, deploying and maintaining Avangrid Renewables9 quality program for all supply-chain functions.
  • Gather requirements and lead development of SAP usability improvements and associated SAP based applications.
  • Define reporting roadmap, implement business intelligence solution and produce/monitor periodic business monitoring reports.
  • Develop and deploy desktop metrics daily reporting functionality to drive focus and efficiency within the supply-chain.
  • Define and develop a Business Process Workflow solution that replaces email heavy business processes with a streamlined solution that improves process cycle time and visibility across the organization.
  • Manage and integrate ICN process into current change management activities to drive smoother transition from old to new parts (reduced scrap and increased cost savings)
  • Develops and maintains information for each part including Avangrid9s part number, manufacturer part number(s), pricing, photos, and other information relevant to that part. Innovate where required.
  • Support supply chain and warehouse improvement projects by coordinating activities, documenting business requirements, testing new processes, and helping ensure successful implementation of new tools and systems.
  • Manage and maintain inventory and master data records, ensuring accuracy through regular audits, data updates, process documentation, and system setup for parts, locations, and users.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze warehouse and inventory reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support business decisions, monitor inventory health, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with warehouse teams, planners, and other stakeholders to resolve data and inventory issues, provide clear communication, respond to business requests, and drive continuous process improvements across the supply chain.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Utilizes system tools in SAP and SharePoint to establish and maintain the Materials Database to support Commercial Operations.
  • Implements the process for establishing new part numbers and any revisions to existing parts, as required.
  • Enables alternate and direct sourcing efforts by providing a complete definition of all part characteristics in a standardized format.
  • Works with all internal stakeholders to implement documented processes and make process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years9 experience in purchasing and inventory functions.
  • Proficient with database management and all MS Office applications.
  • Experience in with ERP systems (preferably SAP), especially materials requirements planning (MRP).
  • Understanding of supply chain for an operations group.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient English language reading and speaking skills to communicate with co-workers; understand and provide directions; respond to management inquiries and make entries on reports and records.
  • Organized with a great attention to detail
  • Exhibit skills and attitude which demonstrate commitment to Company policies, principles and processes.
