The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

The Global Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy & Operations team establishes and drives delivery of the multi-year supply chain strategy while creating accountability to financial and operational outcomes. The team governs the portfolio of strategic programs that power our long-term transformation and ensures disciplined execution, value realization, and leadership alignment across the enterprise.

As an Analyst within Supply Chain's Strategy & Operations (S&O), you will support value analytics and serve as a steward of the tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms that enable GSCL's Unified Plan governance. You will partner across Value, Portfolio & Program Management, and Change & Communications to ensure consistent processes, accurate reporting, and operational rigor across the transformation portfolio. In this role you will:

Unified Plan & Portfolio Governance

  • Maintain the GSCL Unified Plan as the single source of truth, ensuring initiative scope, milestones, value, investment, and status reporting are accurate and current.


  • Administer intake and lifecycle management artifacts, including intake forms, prioritization inputs, initiative mobilization checklists, and status templates.


  • Prepare consolidated reporting and analytics for S&O Unified Plan Review and Bullseye Moment forums in alignment with defined governance charters.


  • Monitor cross-program risks, dependencies, and milestone tracking to support escalation pathways defined in the Unified Plan RACI.


  • Reinforce consistent usage of standardized S&O Governance tools and templates across initiatives.


Value Analytics & KPI Management

  • Own weekly and monthly value reporting across Unified Plan initiatives, including operational KPIs, hero metrics, and financial performance tracking.


  • Maintain standardized value case templates and support initiative-level modeling of benefits, investments, and P&L impact.


  • Validate data inputs supporting value case assumptions in partnership with Value Leads and Finance partners.


  • Track benefit realization against committed targets and surface value variance insights to support mitigation planning.


  • Ensure alignment between operational reporting and financial tracking methodologies as defined in the Value Toolkit.


Integrated S&O Operating Model Enablement

  • Partner across Portfolio, Value, and Change & Communications to integrate value milestones, governance reporting, and change impacts within initiative tracking.


  • Support documentation of decisions, risks, and value assumptions in accordance with defined RACI responsibilities.


  • Enable transparency and visibility across GSCL programs by synthesizing portfolio, value, and change inputs into cohesive reporting artifacts.


  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality, and toolkit usability across S&O capabilities.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.


  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, portfolio governance, finance, consulting, or transformation environments.


  • Experience operating within structured portfolio or program governance models, including intake and lifecycle management processes.


  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain KPI dashboards, performance reporting, and financial tracking models.


  • Working knowledge of value case development, benefit realization tracking, and P&L impact measurement.


  • Experience administering standardized templates, governance routines, or reporting toolkits across cross-functional stakeholders.


  • Strong analytical and data validation skills with high attention to detail and process discipline.


  • Ability to synthesize operational and financial data into clear, executive-ready insights.


  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams within a defined operating model.


  • Continuous improvement mindset with interest in strengthening enterprise transformation governance.


This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
