The Challenge:Within Revenue Operations, the Growth Order Management Team facilitates the integration lifecycle for order management systems, processes, and personnel of Adobe's acquisitions.
What You'll Do- Leverage Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP (S/4 HANA, CC, and CI), and related systems to review enterprise sales opportunities, quotes, and customer contracts, ensuring seamless downstream invoicing, provisioning, revenue recognition, and reporting.
- Review sales pipeline activity and deal structures to proactively identify potential booking, compliance, or customer experience risks, partnering with interested parties to resolve issues during the deal lifecycle.
- Perform recurring reconciliations, audits, and controls using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to ensure accurate revenue booking, recording, and operational data integrity.
- Collaborate with global and multi-functional teams to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance operational performance through automation, innovation, and systems integration.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Revenue Assurance, Sales Operations, Credit, Legal, Sales, Professional Services, Product Delivery, Tax, Finance, and both enterprise customers and channel partners. Help support complex business transactions across these teams.
- Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities, supporting increased operational volume and critical business deadlines when necessary.
- See opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve scalability, and enhance decision-making through process improvements, automation, and adoption of AI-powered solutions.
What You'll Need to SucceedRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements.
- Experience with enterprise business systems such as SAP (S4HANA, ECC, CC), Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, or comparable CRM, ERP, and information management platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experienced in assessing complex agreements, investigating discrepancies, and independently driving issue resolution.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.
- Demonstrable ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mentality with good interpersonal and interested party management skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience focused on Revenue Operations, Revenue Assurance, Order Management, Quote-to-Cash, or related operational finance functions.
- Familiarity with Power BI, data visualization, and business intelligence reporting.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools responsibly to improve workflows, enhance productivity, identify automation opportunities, and drive operational efficiency.
- Experience supporting global teams and navigating complex multi-functional business processes.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $63,800 -- $151,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
