PJT is deploying AI across the firm as a core part of how the business operates. This role sits at the center of that effort. This individual will work directly with senior leadership to shape how 1,000+ professionals across all our global offices adopt and use AI in their day-to-day work.
The work is strategic, analytical and operational. It requires studying how different groups work: what their pain points are, where time gets wasted, what high-value tasks AI can accelerate, and translating those insights into training, tooling, and adoption strategy. The best work will come from someone who can take what they learn from individual teams and deploy processes and structures that facilitate scaling best practices.
This is a rare seat: direct exposure to senior leadership across every coverage group and corporate function, a front-row view of how a leading advisory firm is rethinking its processes, and the chance to build something from scratch rather than inherit it.
The Analyst will contribute to the firm's AI adoption program, spanning three areas. Responsibilities include:
Understanding the WorkInterfacing with teams across the firm to learn their workflows and identify where AI creates the most leverage;
This requires genuine curiosity about the PJT’s businesses.
Designing, running and facilitating training for different audiences including:
Onboarding and training for users;
Recruiting and managing a network of internal AI evangelists;
Preparing materials for senior management;
Evaluating new tools and vendors.
Tracking what's working and what isn't;
Surfacing the best use cases and making sure they spread;
Managing the relationships with vendors and the technology organization.
PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant work, internship or school project experience, ideally with some exposure to investment banking or consulting;
High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent organization, time and deadline management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently and self-motivate;
Excellent communication and presentation skills; both verbally and in writing;
Comfort working and communicating with professionals at all levels;
Strong judgement, discretion and ability to be proactive and show initiative;
Understanding of how deal teams operate to engage credibly with PJT professionals;
Interest in and ability to continuously learn and apply AI in a business context.
Expected annualized base salary of $95,000 to $110,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
Base salary is one component of PJT Partners’ compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners’ compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
