Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY

The Financial Treasury Accounting Analyst will support the daily execution of cash management activities, including monitoring cash positions, processing fund transfers, and maintaining accurate records. They will assist in preparing short-term cash forecasts, daily cash reports, supporting month-end reconciliations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth cash operations. The analyst will also help administer travel & expense systems and insurance programs (including claims and renewals). The analyst collaborates cross-functionally with Accounts Payable, FP&A, Tax, and other teams to ensure smooth cash operations. The role also supports internal controls, ensures compliance during audits, and contributes to process improvements and system enhancements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Assist in monitoring daily cash positions and supporting weekly cash forecasts.
  • Support processing wire transfers and maintaining accurate bank records.
  • Help prepare monthly cash reports and assist with reconciliations during close cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Accounts Payable) to ensure smooth cash operations.
  • Develop and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts, identifying key variances and drivers.
  • Prepare detailed Cash Flow (LE's) Forecast to HQ by gathering and analyzing inputs from various teams - such as inventory, AR, AP, operating cash earnings to ensure alignment with the annual plan to determine consolidated needs.
  • Prepare monthly cash reporting and support month-end/quarter-end close processes.
  • Assist in maintaining the Travel & Entertainment system and support insurance-related tasks, including annual renewals, claims and contract reviews.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and support audits as needed.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and support both internal and external audits (JSOX, operational audits).
  • Proactively manage and follow up on email correspondence, ensuring timely completion of outstanding items.
  • Engage in ad-hoc tasks or small projects to assist the treasury team.


WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Office applications.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.

Salary (Min-Max): 70,080.00 - 105,120.00
