Key Responsibilities- Analyse project costs, resource allocation, and overall profitability to provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, performance dashboards, and business forecasts on a regular basis.
- Monitor industry and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to support the development of pricing strategies and project bids.
- Evaluate internal operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
- Maintain the integrity of company data and manage key databases to ensure accuracy for reporting.
- Support the development of the annual budget and contribute to long-term strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in a business or financial analyst role.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience within the construction or trade services industry is highly desirable but not essential.
