What you will do

What you will do

The Professional / Technical role supports NPI and commercial operations execution across NeoStrata / Exuviance projects by managing GCC and APR readiness, SKU-level launch deliverables, product availability risks, and cross-functional governance follow-up. The role coordinates with Quality, R&D, Packaging, Regulatory/Medical Safety, Master Data, Supply Planning, Commercial, and external partners to move projects through execution, follow-up, and launch readiness milestones.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of active GCC/APR projects across NeoStrata and Exuviance, tracking project scope, SKUs, stage/gate status, required deliverables, owners, and readiness timing.
• Drive SKU readiness for phase-ins, formula/specification updates, artwork and ingredient list changes, labeling updates, and China-only or market-specific launches.
• Coordinate and follow up on cross-functional deliverables, including QA statements, APR approvals, PRM/Epicor/SAP master data, finished good and DC specifications, package testing, MPS protocols, NAFTA confirmations, toxicology/medical safety inputs, and claims summaries.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve launch and product availability risks, including late PO placement, supplier mold discontinuation, line trial readiness, delayed specifications, safety inventory options, and projects flagged as hot or at risk.
• Partner with stakeholders to route GCCs, support movement into Implementation or Follow Up, and ensure deliverables are complete before production or release milestones.
• Own recurring governance forums such as GCC office hours and KDC weekly touchpoints, including meeting minutes, action tracking, aging GCC metrics, follow-up discipline, and prevention of missed due dates.
• Maintain clear project documentation and status updates so leadership and cross-functional teams understand what is complete, what is pending, what is at risk, and what decisions or tradeoffs are needed.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong project management discipline, including action tracking, follow-up management, milestone readiness, risk escalation, and clear status communication.
• Ability to manage SKU-level detail across specifications, artwork, ingredient lists, product codes, purchase orders, and launch readiness requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate detailed project updates into concise summaries for cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize at-risk work, and drive closure across teams without direct line authority.

Desired Qualifications
• Familiarity with GCC/APR governance, commercial squad governance, change control, launch readiness, or stage-gate processes.
• Experience with beauty, skin health, self care, or consumer health product launches, including formula, specification, labeling, artwork, and master data updates.
• Comfort working with external manufacturing or commercial partners and following up on PO placement, safety inventory, production tracking, and readiness dependencies.
• Ability to maintain portfolio trackers, readiness dashboards, meeting notes, and issue/risk logs that create transparency and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint, and project tracking tools; experience with systems such as PRM, Epicor, SAP, Planisware, ETQ, or equivalent is a plus.
