Job DescriptionThe Consolidated Reporting & Analytics team, part of Corporate Treasury's Asset and Liability Management division is hiring. This team delivers balance sheet and net interest income reporting and analysis to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and summarize daily movements across the bank's balance sheet, identifying key drivers and trends
- Support monthly close and forecasting processes by partnering with cross-functional teams to explain variances in balance sheet and net interest income
- Prepare executive-level reporting materials and presentations for senior leadership
- Respond to ad hoc analytical requests to support business insights and decision-making
- Leverage strong technical skills in Excel and Hyperion Essbase to maintain and enhance reporting processes
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically two or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience- Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
- Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
