Behind the scenes, but ahead of the curve: help us develop the next-generation digital media experience.
Technology and Infrastructures (T&I) is the backbone and the future-forward arm of our organization. We are the people that make stuff work. We make connections—between media content, systems, people, and places. We are the space in between.
Enterprise Applications is transforming how we deliver value. We are introducing a brand-new practice centered on radical agility: leveraging cutting-edge generative AI tools, autonomous agent builders, and Low-Code/No-Code Application Platforms (LCAPs) to instantly turn ideas into reality.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.
Your Role
Reporting directly into the Platform team, your primary mandate is to build, scale, and leverage the platform for AI-Augmented development. You are not just building individual applications; you are engineering the "paved roads," reusable patterns, and infrastructure components that make rapid development possible for the rest of the organization.
As the core technical builder of this practice, you will work hand-in-hand with our AI Lead Architect to translate our overarching AI vision into tangible platform assets. You will also partner closely with our Lead Analysts to transform corporate adoption needs into repeatable, automated platform capabilities, ultimately enabling our teams to rapidly take abstract business ideas, spin up working MVPs, and continuously evolve them based on live feedback.
How will you make an impact?
As the AI Solutions Lead, you will:
- Engine the LCAP & AI Platform: Design, construct, and maintain the foundational environments, guardrails, and pipelines for our enterprise low-code and AI agent execution platforms.
- Build Reusable Enterprise Assets: Create and publish core platform components, centralized templates, custom API connectors, and standardized prompt/agent patterns that can be applied across all business units.
- Drive Rapid MVP Delivery: Build and maintain high-velocity internal tools, workflow automations, and front-ends using enterprise LCAPs and native AI agent builders, targeting short prototype cycles, in collaboration with Business Analysts
- Implement Token & Cost Controls: Build strict operational monitoring, quota management, and cost-observability dashboards directly into the platform layer to track token consumption, manage vendor spend, and actively prevent ecosystem lock-in.
- Collaborate within the AI Pod: Work daily with the AI Lead Architect to implement scalable models, and with the Lead Analyst to deliver the core platform capabilities required to support widespread corporate tools and adoption.
- Bridge Platform and Pro-Code: Establish seamless pipelines, version control boundaries, and extensibility patterns to allow smooth data flow between our low-code platform and traditional software engineering environments.
- Automate Adaptive Governance: Bake "Secure by Design" compliance directly into the platform templates, so that any solution built on the platform is safe by default.
- Enable the Enterprise Builder Community: Act as the core technical anchor for our internal community of practice, documentation libraries, and developer starter kits.
Perks you can look forward to:
- Four weeks of vacation per year.
- Work from home opportunities.
- Competitive total rewards package.
- Opportunities to work with cutting edge technology.
- Opportunities for continued learning and professional development - including access to e-learning services, customized courses and certification opportunities.
- Opportunities to become a member of our Employee Resource Groups.
- A creative and dynamic work environment, where your ideas and contributions can be heard, valued and respected.
- A supportive management team committed to upholding the highest standards of diversity and inclusivity.
What you bring to our team
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in rapid application delivery).
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience developing applications, integrations, or workflows.
- Platform Proficiency: Strong, demonstrable experience working with enterprise low-code application platforms (LCAPs) and visual development environments.
- AI & GenAI Literacy: Practical experience leveraging platform-embedded AI assistants, prompt engineering, context grounding (RAG), or autonomous agent builders.
- Integration Fundamentals: Solid understanding of API mechanics, including configuring REST/OData endpoints, webhooks, and standard platform connectors.
Desired Skills & Mindset
- Platform & Product Thinking: A passion for building and enabling other builders, focusing on reusability, clear documentation, and component optimization.
- Radical Agility: A self-starter mindset focused on time-to-value; comfortable moving from an idea to a working prototype in weeks rather than months.
- Commercial & Cost Awareness: Keen interest or familiarity with monitoring AI token spend, API credit limits, and platform execution costs.
- Architectural Judgement: The ability to look at a complex business requirement and objectively discern when to solve it with low-code/AI versus when to escalate it to traditional pro-code frameworks.
- Collaborative Communicator: Outstanding empathy and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate technical AI concepts to non-technical business peers.
- Bilingualism: Knowledge of both English and French.
