Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
AI Solution Product / Program Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives and governance programs across enterprise platforms. This role will focus on defining solution frameworks, driving AI/ML and Generative AI adoption, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, business-aligned AI capabilities.
The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise, technical acumen, stakeholder management, and AI strategy execution experience.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain governance frameworks, standards, policies, and processes for AI solution development and management
- Lead large-scale AI and technology programs while establishing scalable operational processes
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions
- Translate business problems into AI/ML and Generative AI product requirements
- Drive AI use cases focused on improving business outcomes such as:
- Conversion rates
- Personalization
- Decision speed
- Customer acquisition performance
- Define and manage:
- KPIs
- Experimentation strategies
- A/B testing frameworks
- Model performance metrics
- Ensure Responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance across solutions
- Embed monitoring, feedback loops, and performance tracking into AI product lifecycle management
- Create leadership presentations, roadmap updates, and governance communications
- Influence roadmap prioritization toward AI-native platform capabilities
Required Skills- 8-10 years of experience in:
