101,800 - 124,400

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. As an AI Product Manager, you will lead the development of AI-powered products that help Claims teams make better decisions, work more efficiently, and deliver better customer outcomes. Working closely with business leaders, designers, data scientists, and engineers, you will identify opportunities, define strategy, and deliver trusted AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Reporting to the Manager, AI Products - Claims, your main responsibilities will include:

What you'll do here:
• Define product vision, strategy and outcomes

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional product teams

Bring together business experts, designers, data scientists, and engineers around a common objective. Facilitate alignment, drive decisions, and create momentum from discovery through delivery.
• Deliver AI products that solve real user problems

Drive product discovery and AI innovation: Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful value. Deeply understand user workflows, validate assumptions, and guide experimentation to build products that solve real business problems.
• Measure impact and realize value

Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously identify opportunities to increase adoption, improve outcomes, and maximize business value.
• Foster user trust and adoption

Foster trust, adoption, and responsible AI: Ensure AI solutions are understood, adopted, and trusted by users while promoting transparent and human-centered AI experiences.

• Balance business value, user experience, and AI performance

Evaluate trade-offs and make informed decisions that optimize user outcomes, business impact, solution quality, and long-term sustainability.

What you bring to the table:

• 7+ years of experience building and delivering digital products.
• Ability to define product strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using data to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
• No Canadian work experience required; however must be eligible to work in Canada.
