AI Process Project ManagerLocation: Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
We are seeking an AI Process Project Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing accounting and finance operations. This role will partner with business stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows, drive process re-engineering efforts, and implement AI, automation, and analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Lead process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives across business operations.
- Manage project execution from planning through implementation using Agile methodologies.
- Utilize JIRA to manage backlogs, milestones, dependencies, risks, and project reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and redesign business processes.
- Support the implementation of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code solutions to streamline operations.
- Drive continuous improvement through governance, monitoring, and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, process optimization, or technology implementation.
- Strong experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for project and workflow management.
- Technical proficiency with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and AI prompt engineering.
- Experience with automation platforms, low-code/no-code tools, or workflow technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, Power BI, or similar analytics and automation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting digital transformation or AI-driven process improvement initiatives.
- Agile project delivery experience.
- Background in financial services, banking, accounting, or finance operations.
- Certifications in Agile, Project Management, Alteryx, Power BI, or AI technologies.
