AI & ML Software Engineer
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What You'll Do
- Design and build AI/ML capabilities for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, forecasting, automation, and operational intelligence.
- Develop production-quality software and services using Go, Python, React, and related technologies.
- Build and integrate AI solutions including machine learning models, LLM-powered workflows, agentic systems, and advanced analytics.
- Work across the full lifecycle of solution development, including data engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, product managers, and customers to solve complex operational challenges at scale.
- Drive technical innovation and help shape the next generation of AI-powered operations for large-scale computing environments.
What We're Looking For
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Go, Python, and React, or the ability to quickly become productive in similar technologies.
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems, observability platforms, infrastructure software, or operational tooling.
- Experience applying AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, analytics, or intelligent automation to real-world products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- High Performance Computing (HPC), supercomputing, or AI infrastructure experience.
- Experience with observability, telemetry, monitoring, performance analysis, or operational analytics.
