Responsibilities

  • Develop automation services using APIs and scripting (PowerShell/Python)
  • Improve release quality and platform stability through automated validation and disciplined governance
  • Champion a strong DevOps and engineering culture across Workplace Engineering.

This Hybrid Role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based in: Wayne, PA, Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX or Charlotte, NC.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and mature Infrastructure as Code practicesacross Workplace platforms using Terraform and Atmos, enabling teams to manage systems 5 code.0

  • Design andoperateCI/CD pipelines(primarily GitHub Actions) aligned to GTO standards, including quality gates, promotion patterns, and deployment safety mechanisms.

  • Identify, evaluate, and operationalize Terraform providersand integrations for Workplace platforms; guide teams on provider usage, patterns, and lifecycle management.

  • Onboard platform teams to Terraform/Atmos and GitHub-based delivery,including repository structure, workflow templates, environment strategy, and guardrails.

  • Create shared automation frameworks and self-servicetoolinga0to reduce manual operational work and improve delivery speed and consistency.a0

  • Develop integrations and automation servicesusing APIs and scripting (PowerShell/Python) acrossa0endpoint, mobility, VDI, and Microsoft 365 platforms.

  • Improve release quality and platformstabilitya0through automated validation, testing patterns, observability, and disciplined release governance.a0

  • Partner closely with platform engineers, security, infrastructure, and networking teamsto embed automation-first practices and standard engineering patterns.

  • This role is also expected toa0challenge the status quo, drive process improvements, and championa strongDevOps and engineering culture across Workplace Engineering.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong experience withCI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps).

  • Hands-on experience witha0Infrastructure as Code(Terraform, Atmos, or similar frameworks).

  • Proficiencyinsoftware development

  • Experience integrating systems usinga0REST APIs.

  • Solid understanding ofa0Git-based workflows, code review, and reusable modules/templates.

  • Familiarity with monitoring, telemetry, and operational observability concepts.

  • Experience supporting enterprise endpoint or collaboration platforms is a plus (Windows, macOS, MDM, VDI, Microsoft 365).
