Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive multiple AI engineering PODs supporting enterprise functions.
- Design, architect, and develop production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build solutions using advanced RAG architectures, including Deep/Semantic RAG, Graph RAG / GraphRAG, Hybrid RAG, Vector search and vector databases, complex document and enterprise data retrieval.
- Develop agentic workflows and multi-step AI automation beyond traditional chatbot use cases.
- Design AI solutions integrating with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
- Build event-driven and API-based architectures for AI-enabled automation.
- Develop integrations with email, Graph APIs, notifications, enterprise services, and external systems.
- Implement LLM-powered web/internet search and voice-to-text use cases where applicable.
- Work within and extend the client's existing enterprise AI platform rather than developing isolated AI solutions.
- Develop reusable AI platform patterns, frameworks, components, and accelerators that can be leveraged across multiple use cases.
- Collaborate with existing AI engineering teams, architects, product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
- Help evaluate new GenAI/Agentic AI technologies and determine where they can provide business value.
- Support technical discussions with client leadership and contribute to account growth through strong solution ownership and execution.
Minimum QualificationsMinimum Requirements- Education:Bachelor's degree (BS) required.
- Field of Study:Any field with coursework or knowledge inEngineering.
- Experience:Minimum4 years of professional experience.

- Supervisory Responsibility:None- the position does not supervise any employees.
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between [$135k - $144k annually] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
