AI Growth Leader

We're looking for AI Growth Leaders who can turn Hilbert's growth engine into revenue, retention, and compounding outcomes for world-class B2C companies. You'll shape how AI gets deployed inside real businesses, define growth priorities with executive teams, and help create the blueprint for AI-native growth.

What We're Looking For

You've done one or more of:
  • Driven or owned growth outcomes at startups, scaleups, or high-growth B2C companies.
  • Deep understanding of full-stack growth: userbase dynamics, unit economics, experimentation, lifecycle strategy, budget deployment (across discounts, incentives, and paid channels), and advanced data science, combined with product intuition, analysis and financial modeling.
  • Experience presenting to founders, CMOs, CFOs, and P&L owners - and earning their trust fast.
  • Comfort working across diverse teams, spanning product, marketing, data, and finance.
  • Ability to translate messy goals and data into clear, high-velocity execution.
  • High mathematical / logical intuition; you think in systems, not hacks.

Bonus if you've worked on AI-powered growth systems; built dashboards or analyses in Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker or Tableau; or have experience with modern data and activation stacks like dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Segment, or lifecycle platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, especially if you bring a technical background (data science, engineering, or applied math).

Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Embed Hilbert's Growth engine across the company's workflows and habits.
  • Work directly with our AI/ML team to improve agents, modeling surfaces, prompts, and product logic.
  • Capture wins in case studies, playbooks, and sharp write-ups that feed our learning flywheel.
