Job Summary:We are looking for a AI First Software Developer II to design, develop, and maintain software applications with increasing independence. Collaborate with Software Developers and cross-functional teams to contribute to the design and delivery of reliable, scalable software solutions. We are an AI-forward engineering team, and we expect our developers to use AI tools as a normal part of how they work.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop software using .NET, Lambda, and AWS
- Use AI development tools as part of day-to-day development, and review and test the output before it ships
- Complete moderately complex programming and troubleshooting tasks
- Develop and maintain applications throughout the full software development life cycle
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects and technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development practices
- Collaborate with team members on application design, technical solutions, and system enhancements
- Assist in supporting and mentoring less experienced Software Developers as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience developing applications using .NET or similar object-oriented technologies
- Experience using AI coding assistants as part of day-to-day development
- Understanding of software development principles and practices
- Experience in fintech or payment processing is preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Salary Range:- $100,000 - $150,000 annually
