Role Description:
• Conduct a feasibility study on leveraging AI Agents within the claims automation landscape to enhance claim examiner efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop a Proof of Concept (POC) for Supplier AI accelerator tool utilization and customization, incorporating mainframe knowledge and integration capabilities.
• Identify AI-driven opportunities and share industry best practices, trends, and use cases from the insurance sector to drive innovation and ope rational excellence
• Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline and simplify PEND claim analysis, improving adjudication efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Enhance BEN testing processes through automation, intelligent test design, and AI-assisted validation to improve quality and accelerate delivery.
Required Skill Set:
