The Red Gate Group is seeking a senior-level AI Engineer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in it's JWICS Modernization initiative. In this role you will focus on integrating advanced analytic operations, knowledge management, and innovative AI solutions across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, supporting strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement in the JWICS architecture. Key Responsibilities • Gather requirements, codify, and integrate secure solutions that support cloud functionality and underlying cloud infrastructure for AI and analytic operations • Design, implement, and architect systems, including cloud and high-performance computing environments, with a focus on AI integration • Support program and project management activities, including work planning, requirement definition, risk analysis, and process improvement • Develop data-driven decision-making products and solutions, including mining and organizing data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats Requirements Required Qualifications • Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred) • Minimum 8 years of experience related to IT strategy consulting, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years • Master's degree in a field related to IT strategy or AI; OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field and an additional 5 years of senior experience (total of 13 years) as a substitute for the Master's degree
