Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on applying ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI capabilities to solve complex enterprise problems and integrate AI solutions into production systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
- Develop LLM-based solutions including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
- Deploy AI solutions using MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Integrate AI models into microservices and enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with business and delivery teams to translate requirements into AI use cases
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI standards
Required Skills:- Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistics
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications:Preferred Skills:- Experience in Retail or Enterprise Transformation programs
- Knowledge of MLOps and Model Governance
