# ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect | Remote
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for DFPS. The candidate will provide hands-on development, configuration, administration, integrations, architecture, and technical leadership.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SecOps, IRM/GRC, SPM/ITBM, and HRSD, along with strong integration, scripting, security, and automation skills.
## Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and development activities.
* Perform hands-on ServiceNow configuration, customization, development, administration, and integration.
* Lead and mentor ServiceNow development teams and ensure quality of project deliverables.
* Design and implement ITIL/ITSM processes, workflows, ticketing, service catalog, and process automation.
* Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and system configurations.
* Design enterprise ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SecOps, IRM/GRC, SPM/ITBM, and HRSD.
* Develop and maintain CMDB and CSDM strategies, governance, and data quality.
* Work with Service Graph Connectors and Discovery solutions.
* Design and implement user provisioning and identity integrations.
* Develop integrations with internal and external applications, including COTS, SaaS, and custom applications.
* Work with REST, SOAP, APIs, Integration Hub, Mid Server, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, and email integrations.
* Provide technical leadership for Azure, Entra ID/Azure AD, identity management, security, MFA, RBAC, and enterprise integrations.
* Develop using JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and scoped applications.
* Implement ATF, CI/CD, DevOps, source control, automated deployments, and release management.
* Participate in process analysis, process redesign, technical design, and implementation activities.
* Perform platform performance tuning, instance health monitoring, scalability planning, and upgrade management.
* Lead architecture discussions with executives and stakeholders and provide recommendations on risks, scalability, and modernization.
* Establish ServiceNow governance frameworks, architecture standards, and platform operating models.
* Work effectively with distributed/remote teams and provide technical guidance and best practices.
## Required Skills
* 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, customization, and administration.
* Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, ITBM/SPM, and related modules.
* 5+ years of experience with multiple ServiceNow modules including ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management.
