Artificial Intelligence Engineer | InsurTech Startup | New York (Hybrid)The OpportunityAs an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and deploying Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions across both internal operations and customer-facing products. Working closely with senior technology leadership, you'll help build AI capabilities from the ground up and have a direct impact on the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications, NLP tools, and AI-driven workflows.
- Develop APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities into business platforms.
- Create scalable MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What We're Looking For - Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Generative AI.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps best practices.
- Financial Services, Insurance, or Banking experience is highly desirable.
