This Opportunity

As the AI Change Enablement & Communication Lead, you will drive adoption of AI capabilities by designing and executing targeted change enablement and communications strategies that address behaviors, barriers, and "why it matters" messaging.

Your Impact
  • Develop and execute the AI change and communications plan in conjunction with the Team Leader (audiences, behaviors, barriers, interventions).
  • Own internal communications including campaigns, announcements, leader toolkits, and recurring updates.
  • Produce executive-ready readouts (what changed, why it matters, impact, next actions).
  • Translate AI capabilities into clear "why it matters" messaging and practical examples.
  • Collect frontline feedback, amplify success stories, reinforce safe-use behaviors, and measure engagement to continuously improve.
Who You Are

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, transformation enablement, or digital adoption (experience supporting technology or AI rollouts is a strong asset).
  • Proven ability to design and execute change plans (audiences, desired behaviors, barriers, interventions) that translate strategy into practical adoption outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating multi-channel internal campaigns, announcements, leader toolkits, FAQs, and enablement content.
  • Comfort operating at the executive level-able to synthesize complex inputs into clear, decision-ready updates on impact, risks, and next steps.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to partner effectively with Product/Engineering, Data/IT, HR/L&D, Communications, Legal, Risk, and business leaders to drive alignment.
  • Data-informed approach to adoption: experience defining KPIs, running pulse checks, gathering frontline feedback, and iterating enablement and communications based on insights.
  • AI fluency with the ability to translate capabilities, limitations, and use cases into practical guidance; committed to reinforcing responsible AI and safe-use behaviors (privacy, confidentiality, security, and governance).
  • Confident facilitator-able to lead workshops across a distributed organization.
  • Ability to effectively navigate and collaborate within a large, complex organization, engaging multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, HR/Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, PMP, or similar credentials are considered an asset.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $106,100.00 - $189,000.00
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $106,100.00 - $177,300.00
