Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, Technical Project Management, or a Finance Operations (Q2R, S2P, H2R, A2R, etc.) role, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience designing, building or deploying functional apps/workflows utilizing LLMs and GenAI Agents.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience designing, testing, and integrating APIs or other solutions to connect disparate systems.
- Experience using Google's AI ecosystem (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini, Google AI Studio) alongside AI-assisted coding tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and utilizing data pipelines to measure, analyze, and optimize system performance.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy compliance frameworks, and AI guardrails.
- Track record of optimizing business operations by replacing manual, legacy workflows with scalable technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities- Transition finance operations processes to an AI-first approach, replacing legacy workflows with generative AI and agentic workflows. Partner with process and operations managers to re-envision and redesign their processes with an AI-first mindset.
- Design, build and iterate on "vibe-coded" AI prototypes to proof-test solutions.
- Bridge technical gaps across Product, Engineering, and Finance, seamlessly transitioning agile prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade production systems.
