The candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive technical decisions across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud platforms.

Full Stack Development- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using .NET and ReactJS.
- Build secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.
- Implement reusable UI components and modern frontend architecture.
Architecture & Leadership- Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
AI Integration & Automation- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
- Implement workflow automation and AI-driven decision support systems.
- Enable human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms where required.
- Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
DevOps & Cloud- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Deploy and manage AI-powered applications in cloud environments.
- Ensure observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
