Full Job Description
Purpose
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team
within an assigned region to achieve sales objectives and expand market presence within the medical
aesthetics industry. This role provides coaching and strategic direction to their sales team, ensuring
alignment with company goals, brand positioning, and sales strategies. The Regional Sales Director
develops customer relationships, drives execution of sales initiatives, monitors performance metrics,
and partners closely with senior leadership to support growth across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of sales team members
    within the region
  • Establishes clear monthly and annual sales targets and ensures achievement of key performance
    metrics
  • Provides consistent field coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to drive individual
    and team success
  • Maintains and expands relationships with key aesthetic customers, physician partners, and
    strategic accounts
  • Develops and implements regional sales strategies aligned with national sales initiatives
  • Analyzes sales trends and business insights to adjust sales plans and maximize territory growth
  • Ensures compliance with Company sales processes, documentation standards, CRM usage, and
    regulatory requirements
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Training/Education, Medical Affairs, Regulatory,
    Legal, and Operations
  • Represents the Company at trade shows, conferences, customer programs, workshops, and
    regional events as needed
  • Conducts regular team meetings, business reviews, and field ride-alongs to evaluate sales
    approach and alignment
  • Extensive travel required based on business needs, including overnight and occasional
    weekends
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO
    Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational
    policies and standard operating procedures
  • Manage direct reports
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to develop leadership in direct reports and
    department management
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish performance improvement plans as needed
  • Travel domestically up to 80% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business
    initiatives
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with
    reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related field required
  • At least 4 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based representatives
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the region
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required
