Capgemini Engineering is seeking a high-caliber Technical Product Manager TPM who operates as a hybrid leader, blending executive-level strategic advisory with hands-on technical execution. This individual is responsible for the health, performance, and strategic alignment of engineering toolchains, ensuring that digital platforms accelerate design-to-manufacture velocity while maintaining rigorous aerospace compliance.

Your Role
- Define and maintain the vision for engineering platforms, aligning long-term architectural health with immediate business requirements.
- Lead hands-on resolution of technical bottlenecks that threaten engineering productivity or project timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison between software development teams and design engineering departments to translate technical constraints into actionable business outcomes.
- Implement a value-driven operating model to track and report on the ROI of technical infrastructure improvements.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver incremental value in a high-compliance aerospace environment.
- Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and technical specifications that serve as the single source of truth.
- Maintain strict adherence to data privacy, ITAR/EAR compliance, and secure-by-design engineering practices.
Your Skills and Experience
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency status required.
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar technical leadership role managing engineering platforms and toolchains.
- Experience in Aerospace or Defense industry
- Proven ability to bridge engineering, software development, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with PLM and engineering design tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Enovia, CATIA, CAD/CAE).
- Experience delivering solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical experience with cloud platforms, data/analytics solutions, and software development technologies (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, identity/access management, and ITAR/EAR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex technical initiatives and delivering measurable business value.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:
$130,500 - $193,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
