- Deliver market 'Lunch & Learns' to recruiter colleagues.
• Participate in key workforce planning meetings to ensure an understanding of future needs to trigger pipeline pushes, builds or maintenance statuses.
• Partner with TA Leadership & the COE to build solid operating procedures, workflows, KPIs and best-practices around sourcing including agentic and generative AI use.
- Train recruiter colleagues on the above to ensure consistent practices across the wider TA team.
• Act as an advisor or lead the sourcing strategy for punctual hard-to-fill or business critical roles (roles that pass the approval protocol).
• Build pipeline community journeys to keep talent engaged in the medium and long term and offer candidate experiences that translates to successful conversions.
- Events, marketing campaigns, training and co-development opportunities etc.
- Develop a playbook on the passive to active candidate experience and train colleagues and the business.
• Own strategic pipelines in Avature and direct operations to ensure their health in collaboration with other sourcers and/ or recruiter colleagues.
