Sales Operations, Advisor

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes - from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you'll achieve

As an Advisor, Sales Operations supporting Services Sales, you will own how our Solutioning organization documents, evolves, and communicates its ways of working. You will manage our process library in ARIS, organize our Solutioning SharePoint site, and lead change communications so teams can easily find, understand, and adopt new processes.

You will:
  • Act as primary owner of the Solutioning ARIS process library, ensuring content is organized, current, and easy to navigate.
  • Partner with project teams to capture, document, and update processes that support key initiatives.
  • Maintain standards, naming conventions, and taxonomy for process models and documentation.
  • Own the structure and content organization of the Solutioning SharePoint site, including navigation, templates, and archiving.
  • Partner with content owners to publish and maintain up-to-date assets (playbooks, guidelines, process docs).
  • Plan and deliver change communications for the Solutioning organization (process/tool updates, new content).
  • Create and maintain lightweight training/onboarding materials for ARIS, SharePoint content, and new processes.
  • Track usage and adoption signals and use insights to refine content and communications.
  • Contribute to process transformation and continuous improvement efforts across Services Sales.
    Essential Requirements
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Program/Project Management, or Process Excellence in a complex environment.
  • Strong organization and information management skills, including experience structuring content in SharePoint or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated process documentation/improvement experience (mapping workflows, defining roles/inputs/outputs).
  • Ability to learn and use BPM tools (experience with ARIS or similar is a plus) and to help others use them.
  • Self-starter with a strong interest in process transformation and change enablement with Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate process changes into clear, concise messages, and a high attention to detail and discipline in documentation and governance.
    Desirable Requirements
  • Experience supporting Services Sales or Solutioning / pre-sales teams with exposure to change management and training/enablement practices as well as, familiarity with process improvement frameworks and experience working in a large, global, cross-functional organization
  • Hands-on experience with ARIS.


Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $125000
