Advisor, Global Talent Acquisition Programs, is responsible for leading and supporting Danaher Talent Acquisition Operations activities and initiatives. In this role, you'll lead projects, optimize Talent Acquisition technology, support training, and bring data-driven insights that improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience. We're looking for someone who loves solving problems and thrives in a matrixed environment. You'll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, IT and Legal while supporting our continuous improvement culture.
Current U.S. residency is required for consideration.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations and is part of the Danaher Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role will be fully remote in the United States.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Drive key talent acquisition programs, ensuring standard processes and change controls across the organization. Partner with key stakeholders to implement, track and measure results of supported programs, measuring impact and ROI
- Drive and support Talent Acquisition technologies, such as ATS, CRM and Sourcing tools, to improve functionality and processes, in partnership with IT
- Manage Talent Acquisition programs, including job boards, AI initiatives and vendor relationships while supporting programmatic and administrative needs, to include managing internal customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and general TA project management support
- Design and update training and support materials, to include program guides, job aids and e-Learning videos
- Create project plans, communications, and stakeholder alignment. Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
The essential requirements of the job include:- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or project management
- Experience with Talent Acquisition/Human Resources technologies (ATS, CRM and other TA tools)
- Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills. Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies / Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Experience supporting global teams or multi-business environments preferred

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
