Full Job Description
As our Advertising Operations Specialist, you'll be the calm, detail-obsessed engine behind scalable ad delivery: championing clean setups, reliable measurement, and smooth cross-functional ways of working. You'll do this while living our values; showing **Respect** in every partner interaction, and **Excellence** in how you raise the bar on quality, accuracy, and integrity. This role supports the delivery and performance of our advertising across platforms. Helping manage direct advertising campaigns on Bumble while overseeing programmatic monetization on Badoo to ensure inventory is efficiently utilized and optimized. **What you'll do** - Own end-to-end ad operations across direct campaigns, ensuring accurate trafficking, implementation, QA, and on-time delivery with consistently strong execution. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to delivery, creative rendering, ad tags, measurement discrepancies, and platform integrations. - Partner closely with Growth, Sales/Partnerships, Marketing, Analytics, and Product to translate campaign goals into clean operational plans and take ownership from setup through reporting. - Run pacing, creative rotations, and flight management for direct campaigns; proactively spot issues and resolve them before they impact performance or partner trust. - Support and maintain programmatic partner relationships, helping troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure proper setup and performance. - Analyze programmatic performance and drive indirect demand optimizations to improve yield and inventory utilization. - Maintain and improve ad tech platform operations (e.g., ad server workflows, naming conventions, inventory/creative specs, troubleshooting, and documentation). - Support measurement and reporting: ensure tracking is correctly implemented, performance is clearly communicated, and insights are actioned in an agile way. - Help strengthen governance (brand safety, policy compliance, and operational controls) to protect the member experience and build long-term trust. - Use AI tools thoughtfully to streamline operational workflows (e.g., automated QA checks, anomaly detection, smarter reporting narratives), while keeping human judgment at the centre. - Continuously improve processes: identify friction, simplify handoffs, and build scalable playbooks so the Ads team can move faster without sacrificing quality. - Deliver clear, client-facing performance reports, translating campaign data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and advertising partners. - Own end of campaign reporting, including delivery summaries, performance insights, KPI commentary, and recommendations for future activation. **About you** - Deeply experienced with Google Ad Manager (GAM), managing day-to-day operations including campaign trafficking, line item setup, inventory management, QA, delivery troubleshooting, and maintaining scalable, well-structured ad server workflows. - Typically requires 4+ years of advertising operations experience; we may consider 3+ years for exceptional candidates with strong hands-on platform experience. - You're comfortable analyzing programmatic performance and making optimization decisions to improve yield and delivery. - You're fluent in performance measurement and reporting fundamentals; comfortable partnering with Analytics to define KPIs, validate tracking, and turn results into clear next steps. - You've worked with ad tech operations and platform workflows (ad server and/or programmatic tooling), and you're energised by making systems cleaner and more scalable. - You collaborate with purpose: you communicate clearly across functions, set expectations early, and bring people along with empathy and **Respect**. - You take ownership and see things through from insight to impact, especially when details are messy and priorities shift. - You bring an agile mindset: you iterate fast, improve processes continuously, and stay calm under change. - You're comfortable using AI in day-to-day work (e.g., drafting partner updates, accelerating QA/reconciliation checks, exploring anomalies, or improving documentation), and you're thoughtful about data privacy and accuracy. **AI Fluency** AI is important to us. We're excited by people who are curious and experimental, and who think thoughtfully about how AI can amplify their impact and outcomes. We encourage you to use AI responsibly as you prepare your application. Please don't use it to fabricate experiences or answer questions live in interviews. We care deeply about authenticity and want to understand your real skills, judgment and voice, because building a meaningful, genuine connection with you matters to us. **Final Compensation** Will be determined based on factors such as the selected candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, and other job-related considerations.
