Full Job Description
Position Summary

Responsible for providing advanced level software training services, in-person, onsite at client locations, via virtual classrooms, and through development of electronic training materials to L&W customers and internal employees, as well as providing recommendations on system utilization and efficiencies. Training services provided include, but are not limited to, supporting customer and employees with effective use of L&W enterprise software solutions. Other duties will include the following:
  • Ability to work with suite of Gaming Systems products with focus on L&W casino Systems data analytics products;
  • Ability to understand complex information related to the features and functions of L&W Systems products and then develop and deliver related training curriculum to ensure clients are able understand, effectively use, and gain expected value and benefit from our suite of product solutions;
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and apply all current and future systems training, installation, and user guide documentation specific to L&W products and interfaces supported by the training department;
  • Create, update and maintain learning material, such as training agendas, course curriculums, job aids, training videos, PowerPoint presentations, user manuals, business process workflows, learning guides, quick reference guides, sign in sheets, evaluations and all other related learning materials for training classes;
  • Conduct and interpret business and gap analysis;
  • Document and translate business processes into software functionality and
  • Configure L&W systems and customize test scripts to fit casino business practices.


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems or related field. 12 months' experience in the job offered or as a Test Manager-I or as a Senior Advanced Product Manager or any combination thereof.

12 months' experience (can be gained concurrently with above) must include the following:
  • ETL processes, SSIS, advanced SQL, and data integration across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
  • Data modeling, OLAP, and multidimensional design to develop custom KPIs
  • Casino gaming analytics, including descriptive and cohort analysis.
  • Machine learning fundamentals for incorporating predictive analytics into BI solutions.
  • Tableau and Data Visualization principles, designing Tableau data models, and creating a wide range of analytical dashboards tailored to the casino industry
  • Software development lifecycles and every phase of quality assurance.
  • Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and integrating software platforms and providing remote training to clients across multiple regions.
