Full Job Description
One Community Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner) with fluent bilingual English/Spanish communication skill to join our Primary Care team. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, making it ideal for those looking to accommodate a flexible schedule in the Columbia River Gorge area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our healthcare team. This position will support operations, with an average of 14-18 patients per day and deliver high-quality primary care at our clinic in Hood River, Oregon.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent bilingual English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written), required to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field.
  • Current Oregon License and DEA licensure in good standing.
  • Ability to adapt to varying schedules
  • Able and willing to travel and support other OCH health centers when requested.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of professional clinical experience in family or general practice.
  • Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records (EMR), preferably Epic.
  • Experienced working in FQHC or look-alike

Compensation:
  • Salaried/Exempt: $130,000 base salary + RVU bonus program
  • Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Milage Reimbursement: In accordance with OCH policy.
