Candidate can be a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon and will be limited in duration (October 5, 2026 - June 30, 2027) with a possibility of extension.
- 0.75 - 1.0 Full-time position, covering a patient panel for a provider that will be taking a leave of absence.
- Provide comprehensive family medicine services.
- Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.
Qualifications:- Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with current Board Certification.
- Current Oregon NP or PA license.
- DEA licensure in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications:- 2 years' experience in Primary Care
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with Epic EMR

Compensation:- Salaried/Exempt: $130,000-$200,000 annually, depending on experience/license.
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
