Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant required; Master's preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Licensed Physician Assistant required upon hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required upon hire
  • Board certification for Nurse Practitioners by the American Nurses Credentialing Center required upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Provide healthcare treatment for patients of all ages in a walk-in facility
  • Work 3-13 hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends
  • Float between urgent care locations in the West Region
  • Utilize an integrated electronic health record system and on-site imaging
  • Ensure a well-balanced lifestyle with flexible scheduling

Job Title: Advanced Practice Professional - Urgent Care

Location: West Region

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Champion:
  • Open 7 days a week from 8 AM- 8 PM
  • Provides healthcare treatment for patients of all ages in a walk-in facility
  • Enjoy a well-balanced lifestyle - 3-13 hour shifts per week; Sunday thru Saturday, rotating weekends
  • Expectation to float between west region urgent cares (Gettysburg, Hanover)
  • Utilizes integrated system-wide electronic health record, on-site Imaging

Minimum Education:
  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or

Work Experience:
  • 1 year Required

Licenses:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:
  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
  • Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
