Lead the design and development of scalable AEM-based digital platforms, driving both headless and traditional architecture implementations.
Provide technical leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, cloud adoption, and seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise systems.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
8-12+ years in digital platforms with 5+ years in AEM
Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Forms
Strong experience in Headless CMS (Content Fragments, GraphQL)
Proficiency in AEM Core Components and Editable Templates
Hands-on coding in Java/J2EE (Spring, Servlets) and JavaScript (ES6+, React/Angular)
Deep understanding of Sling, OSGi, JCR
Experience in AEM workflows, content modeling, personalization
Knowledge of multi-site management and localization
Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
Hands-on with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch integrations
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Maven)
Experience on AWS or Azure cloud platforms
Knowledge of performance optimization, caching, CDN strategies
Ability to lead technical delivery, code quality, and scalability
Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
Experience in Financial Services / Insurance domain
Adobe AEM certifications (Developer/Architect)
Experience in large-scale AEM implementations
Exposure to personalization, CDP, and MarTech platforms
Experience in AEM cloud migration (on-prem to AEMaaCS)
Understanding of digital marketing and CX ecosystems
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 - 150000
