Schedule: Days | Full-time

Salary: $73,489.42 - $99,426.54 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Perform in-person visits to evaluate potential referrals as needed. Conduct facility tours for prospective residents or their relatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner.
  • Work directly with other department supervisors in completing responsibilities for admissions of new residents. Coordinate the pre-admission procedures, hand-outs, and required paperwork.
  • Provide education to residents or their relatives regarding the services available at the facility and the resources that are provided to residents based on individual resident's needs.
  • Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred.
