Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field Preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions or patient placement within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Experience working in a nursing home, rehabilitation, or long-term care facility.
