Description:

Administrative Manager - Children's Cardiology Service Line at NewYork-Presbyterian

The manager will lead the implementation of projects prioritized by the Service Line Director to achieve NYP's goals for the children's cardiology service line. This role will collaborate with staff from hospital operations, finance, marketing, planning and medical staff to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Projects include: Patient Flow improvement, billing process improvement, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction improvement, supply chain management, business planning and program implementation.

Join our highly collaborative, high-performing team as we seek to grow and transform children's cardiology care at NYP.

This position is full-time Monday - Friday

Preferred Criteria
  • Completed, or in progress, advanced degree in health care management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High proficiency in Excel, data analysis and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$125,000-$175,500/Annual
