Description:

Analyst - Facilities Enterprise Systems (Space Management System)

Join a dynamic Facilities & Real Estate team supporting a complex healthcare environment across hospitals, ambulatory locations, and critical infrastructure. We are seeking a Facilities Enterprise Systems Analyst to support the management of building, space, and asset data while optimizing enterprise facilities systems.

This role serves as a key link between BIM/CAD, space management, project handover, and facilities technologies, ensuring accurate, standardized, and accessible information to support operational and strategic decision-making. The Facilities Enterprise Systems Analyst will collaborate with Facilities Design & Construction, Facilities Operations, Space Planning, IT, and external partners to maintain data integrity, improve system performance, and advance Facilities Systems strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize facilities technology platforms, including IWMS/CAFM systems, BIM/CAD applications, integrations, user access, system performance, and ongoing support.
  • In collaboration with Facilities colleagues, manage and maintain facilities data, including BIM/CAD drawings, space inventory, asset information, building plans, and related documentation.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce BIM, CAD, and data governance standards, including QA/QC processes, policies, procedures, and project closeout compliance requirements.
  • Provide system administration, troubleshooting, testing, training, and end-user support, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven solutions to support facilities operations, space management, asset management, and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, implement technology solutions, and ensure facilities systems align with operational goals and industry best practices.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities through system enhancements, process optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging facilities technologies.
  • Support project handover activities by ensuring facility data, drawings, models, and documentation are compliant and integrated into enterprise systems.


Required Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in facilities operations, space planning, or project environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Preferred Criteria
  • Experience with IWMS/CAFM/EAM systems (e.g., Archibus, Maximo, SAP, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience with CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows and data integration practices
  • Strong understanding of space management and drawing standards
  • Experience with reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience in healthcare or large, multi-site environments

Salary Range:

$100,500-$120,600/Annual
