Minimum qualifications:
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment.
  • Experience with core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination etc.).

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience evaluating data to draw interpretable insights and supporting efforts to create process improvements or automation.
  • Experience managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic project management skills, including project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, and process documentation.

As a part of the Consumer Apps Marketing (CAM) organisation, you will represent a broad portfolio of some of Google's largest and most strategic products including Gemini, AI, Search, Maps, REP (Responsibility, Education, and Policy), and more. In this role, you will connect consumer insights to product innovation to deliver on our company purpose of building a more helpful Google for everyone.

Responsibilities
  • Perform an extensive array of core administrative tasks (calendar management, travel management, expense reports, facilities coordination) with some support and guidance from executives.
  • Execute expense management activities with direct guidance.
  • Partner closely with directors to help them scale themselves across their broader organization.
  • Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Build efficiency into existing business operations and collaborate with the broader Administrative community to implement innovative process improvements.
