Compensation RangeThe base pay scale for this position is $30.77 - $46.84. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

POSITION & UNIT ACCOUNTABILITIES- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for department leadership.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Assists with meetings schedules, coordination, and documentations
- Support meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, minutes, and distribution of materials.
- Facilitate communication between leadership, staff, physicians, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with employee recognition, engagement initiatives, and departmental events.
- Perform registration functions across multiple service lines using the EPIC system.
- Receiving and triaging heavy incoming call volume and responding professionally
- Maintains satisfactory attendance record.
- Reports for duty punctually.
- Adjusts to changing situations and work assignments.
EDUCATION REQUIREDBachelors or equivalent experience Bachelors
EDUCATION PREFERREDHigh School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D. required.
Associate's degree preferred.
SKILLS REQUIREDWorking knowledge of medical terminology.
Self-directed, motivated, and resourceful.
Demonstrates initiative.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite application: Word, Excel, Outlook.
