Responsibilities

- Supportadministration of aBasic Ordering Agreement (BOA), to includefacilitatingmeetings, reviewing monthly reports, financial statements, invoices, and modifications, and integrating data into aconsolidatedtracker.
- Improve reliability of BOA27s acquisition records and develop and refine related Ordering Guides and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support documentation development for acquisition planning and project management.
Plan, prepare, track, andmaintainacquisition lifecycle documentation.
- Deliver executive-level management and oversight to the contracts and agreements portfolio.
- Support data analytics, data collection, and metrics development throughout the acquisitionlifecycle.
- Identifyopportunities to apply innovative strategies for procurementsandutilizequantitative analytics and visualizations that provide insight intothecontractsportfolio.
- Prepare and analyzeacquisitionreportsand briefs, responses to queries, justifications, and background papers on the technical aspects of areas of expertise and assignment.
- Establish working relationships with stakeholders essential to effective project planning and execution.
- Provideexpert advice to agency directors and senior staffon strategies for achieving transformation-levelobjectiveswithin the organization.
- Possess extensive working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR),andagency supplements asrequired.
- Assistin the development and maintenance of management tools, templates, training and program governance and reporting.
- Liaisewith applicablerequirement stakeholders tomaintainaccurateforecast and accountability of upcoming requirements.
- Prepare documents and briefings for review and use by DoW senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- This position requires aBachelor27sdegree from an accredited institutionin Accounting, Business Management, or Finance,and7+ yearsof relevant professional experience in acquisition.
- 4 years of specialized experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement.
- Demonstrated experience with DoDis required.
- ProfessionalDAWIAContractingCertificationor Advanced DAWIAFinancial ManagementCertificationrequired. Professional Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) is an acceptable alternative.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, to include PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

Clearance Requirements:This position requires an activeSecretsecurity clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Physical Requirements:The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the jobwith or without a reasonable accommodation:

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual27s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $152,000 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies27 total compensation package for employees.
