What you'll be doing...As a Verizon Deals at Work Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 300 to 500 accounts across the business, education, government, and healthcare sectors. You will be responsible for driving Fios and 5G Home sales by connecting employers with exclusive Verizon benefits for their employees. This involves researching new partner opportunities, building relationships with key company contacts, and managing relationships with both internal and external partners to promote the Deals at Work program. Your role will require you to analyze data and strategically plan marketing events and activities to increase sales. You will also coordinate events with partners and vendors, and work directly with consumers to ensure any issues are resolved or escalated to the employer's satisfaction. The primary accountabilities associated with the position include:
- Identifying and enrolling new partners leads.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and statements of work with third-party marketing vendors
- Collaborate with vendors to create marketing materials tailored to specific requirements for online ads, email campaigns, and partner postings.
- Negotiate marketing tactics for Deals at Work program with employers.
- Conduct marketing campaign analysis. Proactively communicate new offers and ensure timely follow up on all postings and communications.
- Address and resolve all customer escalations and questions.
- Responsible for sales forecasting, reporting, and proposals.
- Schedule and coordinate onsite events, vendor days, or benefit fairs at partner locations.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional channels to raise awareness of the Deals at Work program.
Physical requirements of the job may include but are not limited to lifting and carrying objects weighing up to approximately 30 pounds.
Willingness to transport and set up Verizon marketing materials for events.

You will need to have:- Bachelor's degree or four or more years work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule (shifts) including evenings and weekends based on the needs of the business.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.
- Valid driver's license.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Strong consulting skills, including prospecting, sales planning, and proficiency with value-based selling.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in systems, including Optix and Omni.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Where you'll be workingIn this mobile role, you'll primarily work from customer or field location(s), with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
