Responsibilities
Support accounting activities by preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliations. Assist in daily accounting and financial operations and research by applying financial reporting standards and basic tax provision principles. Analyze accounting implications of business changes in collaboration with the company's accounting team. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into internal decision-making processes. Collaborate with global accounting and reporting teams to operationalize accounting for complex transactions in compliance with Financial Accounting Standards Board codification and its application in reporting. Work with accounting firms to complete bookkeeping for the company and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline and optimize accounting processes based on evolving business needs.
Qualification
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Performing accounting and financial data analysis to support management extract data from corresponding reports and databases using Microsoft Office and Excel; Executing accounting duties including one of the following: (1) bookkeeping; (2) transaction posting; (3) adjustments and reconciliations; or (4) timely closing; Preparing corporate financial statements including monthly profits and loss statement, cash flow, and balance sheet statements following US GAAP rules; Using VLOOKUP and Pivot tables to organize and report data; and Optimizing or re-designing existing processes pursuant to business needs. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $143640 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
