How You Will Make an Impact
Core Accounting & Financial Operations
• Prepare financial statements and supporting reconciliation documentation
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy across all accounts
• Perform account reconciliations including bank, AR, AP, and intercompany accounts
• Support month-end close processes and accrual entries
AR/AP & Billing Management
• Oversee AR/AP processes and ensure timely, accurate processing
• Manage the billing process including recurring MSP agreements and project-based work
• Drive AR collections performance and resolve billing issues through completion
• Support implementation of AR optimization initiatives and dunning processes
Payroll & HR Collaboration
• Supervise payroll accounting process and work collaboratively with HR and other departments
• Ensure accurate payroll-related accruals and reconciliations
Analysis & Reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Provide variance analysis and commentary for monthly reporting, including budget-to-actual reports
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and support financial operations as we build department and business-line P&Ls with clear visibility into margins and performance
• Support ad hoc financial projects and special analysis as needed
Process Improvement & Systems
• Streamline accounting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Support automation initiatives and ERP system enhancements
• Contribute to SOP development and documentation of financial processes
What You Bring
• 3-5 years of accounting experience; public accounting or M&A experience strongly preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting, including considerations for multi-entity, multi-location structures
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and NetSuite (or similar accounting software)
• Solid account reconciliation experience
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong time-management abilities and attention to detail
