Integrated Account Supervisor

Account: Mercedes-Benz USA National Brand and Dealer Marketing

Reports to: Account Director

Position Summary:
  • The Integrated Account Supervisor position is the main liaison for the MBUSA social media marketing clients, in addition to being a 360-campaign lead for MBUSA national dealer retail marketing initiatives
  • Seeking a nimble, proven client partner and accomplished leader of social/digital first activations and fully integrated 360-degree campaigns, experienced with managing multiple assignments of varying scale and urgency at the same time
  • The candidate should encourage a positive, harmonious attitude among internal account team and social team, promoting open communication and workflow while being a champion of cross-discipline collaboration and operational excellence


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture the relationship with MBUSA social media clients, leading all client communications regarding social media native platform strategy, creative and production
  • Work closely with internal project management team on the creative development and production of social media native organic creative assets across MBUSA's owned channels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads and X - including organic calendars and event support
  • Work closely with Social Strategy to review and approve social-led platform native briefs, monthly and quarterly analytics reports and on-going POVs
  • Ensure integration of organic and paid social workflows across national brand and dealer retail campaigns, as well as global initiatives
  • A brand steward, proactive thought leader and flexible member of a large team with a keen attention-to-detail for all client deliverables - large or small
  • Reviews creative and other agency staff work to ensure that it reflects the strategy and objectives prior to submission to the Account Director, Group Account Director and subsequently to client
  • Lead ad hoc national brand, dealer retail marketing initiatives as well as internal communications, special projects and new business activities, as needed
  • Manage annual social media budget with support of AAEs, while keeping client abreast of any budget challenges throughout the year, and finding creative solutions to achieve greater production efficiency
  • Collaborate and integrate with the other Account Supervisors on the Mercedes-Benz Account, and inform the Account Director of key developments that have implications for the rest of the account team and/or other disciplines within the agency
  • Give status updates in meetings for internal and external purposes, guiding the day-to-day development of responsible projects, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

  • Must be focused on building strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on making progress in achieving clients' marketing objectives with efficiency
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities that drive client KPIs while navigating a fast-moving environment
  • A data-driven approach to project leadership with a focus on innovative tactics to reach new audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-manage own time according to deadlines
  • Ability to change priorities and pivot to emerging urgent tasks
  • Proficient writing and communication skills

90,000-100,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
