You'll lead day-to-day relationships, steer projects from kickoff through delivery, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Lead meetings, prepare presentations, and keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that come up promptly and professionally.
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping craft compelling proposals.
- Encourage a positive team environment where communication and collaboration thrive.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment, with client management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000
