Position: Account Manager
Compensation
Salary: $90-120k

Locations Serviced: New York, New York - Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx, NY - Northern/Central/Southern New Jersey - Long Island and Hamptons, NY - Westchester NY - Staten Island - Connecticut - Boston - Philadelphia - Washington, DC - Baltimore - Bethesda MD/Arlington VA - Eastern PA - South Florida - Miami - Orlando - Ft. Lauderdale - West Palm Beach.

Role Objectives:
  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture a client portfolio, ensuring sustained satisfaction and growth.
  • Revenue Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, aiming to become the primary supplier for clients' back-of-house and front-of-house food service disposables, janitorial and sanitation products.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients through weekly or biweekly check-ins, providing value-added services such as product samples, updated pricing, new product information and market insights.
  • CRM Maintenance: Document all client interactions, including notes and visit details, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
