Role Objectives:- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture a client portfolio, ensuring sustained satisfaction and growth.
- Revenue Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, aiming to become the primary supplier for clients' back-of-house and front-of-house food service disposables, janitorial and sanitation products.
- Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients through weekly or biweekly check-ins, providing value-added services such as product samples, updated pricing, new product information and market insights.
- CRM Maintenance: Document all client interactions, including notes and visit details, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Design and execute strategic plans to upsell and cross-sell products, expanding the company's footprint within each client's operations.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including purchasing and customer service, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, in the food packaging/janitorial/sanitation industry.
- Proven ability to manage high-value client portfolios and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
